Very familiar sight. : )


If you haven't looked at The River Cottage Meat Book, you shluod. It is an amazing cookbook full of beautiful pictures. The recipes are a mix between English, French and Italian with recipes for curing meat as well. I love this book. I have lugged it from America to Austria and then to Spain. I am pretty sure that there is now an American published version so it shluod be easy to find. These diagrams are also in the book. Enjoy
