On November 11th, I sat at my computer typing a post to Cottage Blessings. The computer was operating slowly, and, suddenly, everything froze, then crashed. So much for my plans for a Christmas series. On the other hand, I now have a very nice new laptop.

Ha! That's how it goes sometimes, isn't it? I'm waiting for mine to give up the ghost, too. Happily, though, it's anticipated, and everything is already backed up on an external hard drive. And that, of course, means that this thing will hang on for another year, at least. Maybe two. :-)
