Behold: The perfect doll-sized tea set for the merry month of May! My daughters--and Raggedy Ann--were very pleased with this find!
December 7, 2007. Updated: Please see the comments--Martha discovered this set now comes with a frightening warning label.
SOOOO cool! Where on earth did you find such a treasure?

Alice! What a beautiful find! A perfect find for a girl who has such a love and art for what we would call "High Tea". A beautiful tradition to give your daughters, Alice and that is now a lovely addition to your tea collection.

oh wow! That's just perfect! my dh just ordered the last 3 sets available from amazon for me to give as gifts. my dd, my goddaughter, and another yet to be decided but sure to find a home!
I'm so glad you posted a picture, because the amazon picture is really not very good and I wouldn't have bought based on the pictures there.
Thanks!

oh no. Alice, did you know there is a warning on these? They are not for children only decoration because "WARNING: This product contains a chemical known to the State of California to cause cancer and /or birth defects." Here's a link.

I'm so sad. Dh ordered 3 from 3 different companies, but he's going to see if it's too late to cancel the order or get a refund.
Just thought I'd let you know. I guess they would be pretty as decoration only, but I was picturing my little girls using them with their dolls too. :(
