1. Favorite devotion or prayer to Jesus?
Nocturnal Adoration.
2. Favorite Marian devotion or prayer?
The Rosary, the Memorare, and the Litany of Loreto.
3. Do you wear a scapular or medal?
I wear a scapular and sometimes a medal.
4. Do you have holy water in your home?
Yes. Oh, and ever since having our swimming pool blessed, I like to think that it is full of holy water!
5. Do you ‘offer up’ your sufferings?
Yes.
6. Do you observe First Fridays and First Saturdays?
I try, not always succeeding. My January resolution is to turn First Saturdays into a special event for the children (more on that in a future post).
7. Do you go to Eucharistic Adoration?
Yes, whenever I can.
8. Are you a Saturday evening Mass person or Sunday morning Mass person?
Sunday Morning.
9. Do you say prayers at mealtime?
Yes. Grace before meals and a prayer for the dead.
10. Favorite Saint(s)?
Our Lady, St. Patrick, St. Theresa the Little Flower, St. Gianna Molla, St. Faustina, St. Bernadette, St. Agnes, St. Gerard Majella, St. Thomas More, St. Jude, St. Agatha, St. Cecilia, St. Philomena, St. John Vianney. (It seems impossible to narrow down this list.) Favorite future saint: Pope John Paul the Great.
11. Can you recite the Apostles Creed by heart?
Yes.
12. Do you usually say short prayers (aspirations) during the course of the day?
Yes.
13. Where is your favorite place to pray?
Well, up until about a week ago it was in my family room by our large statue of Our Lady of Fatima (more on that in a future post). I also love to pray in front of the Blessed Sacrament.
14. Bonus Question: When you pass by an automobile accident or other serious mishap, do you say a quick prayer for the folks involved?
Yes.

Fatima, Portugal.

Beautiful Alice...but I can't help wondering if something dreadful might have happened to your statue of Our Lady of Fatima....I hope not!
