Baby chuckled for the first time this evening. It was just after we concluded our bedtime decade of the Rosary. I was looking right in her face reciting the Hail Holy Queen, when she suddenly burst into lovely, lighthearted laughter--the sweet silvery notes that only a two-month-old baby can play.
I have written before about how each of the children has a special nightly prayer to recite. Now we know hers.
She's priceless! Her hair stands up just the way my little sweeties' did. :-) Love it!

She is so adorable! My beloved is always the one who manages to make our babies laugh for the first time. I don't know what they find so funny about him, but I've always been just a wee bit envious!

How perfectly appropriate that her first joyous laugh should come at the hearing of the Hail Holy Queen.
With each of ours I noticed too that in their earliest months how a picture of the Blessed Mother would elicit a beautiful smile.
She is just precious! Thanks for sharing this little slice of beauty with us.
