"Mary, Mother of God" is my favorite title for our Blessed Mother, and I am so glad the Church begins each new year by celebrating this great feast. There are many beautiful activities to honor Our Lady, but today the children and I made a mountain of sparkling blue and white cupcakes. With so many little cakes to frost and decorate, no one feels left out!

Hey! I'm glad I clicked on the cupcakes, 'cause from where I'm sitting, they look like Kaiser rolls! The close-up is real pretty, though.

LOL, MacBeth! That would have saved a lot of baking time. Blue-seeded Kaiser rolls would be a bit scary though.
